Summary

This study tests whether giving immunotherapy before surgery can help people with a certain type of colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. The cancer is called microsatellite stable (MSS), which usually does not respond well to immunotherapy. About 24 adults will receive the drug dupilumab before their liver surgery. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can shrink the tumors enough to improve surgery results.
