NCT ID NCT07354971

First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at how immunotherapy for advanced cancer changes a person's physical fitness and quality of life. About 67 adults with solid tumors will take fitness tests and answer questionnaires before starting treatment and again 12 weeks later. Researchers will also track long-term outcomes like survival and disease progression for up to 2 years. The goal is to understand how fitness relates to treatment side effects and results, which could help design future exercise programs for patients.
