New drug targets hepatitis b inside the liver

Summary
This study looks at how well the drug Imdusiran works in the liver of people with chronic hepatitis B. Ten adults will receive four injections of Imdusiran, one every 8 weeks, and will have two liver biopsies to measure drug levels and virus changes. The goal is to understand how the drug affects the virus and whether it can reduce infection markers.
