Summary

This study is for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has come back or spread. It tests a combination of two drugs: trametinib, which blocks cancer cell growth, and pembrolizumab, which helps the immune system attack cancer. The goal is to see if this combination works better than standard treatments by matching patients to therapies based on their tumor's genetic markers.
