First seen Jun 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a drug called mirikizumab, which is already approved for other conditions, in people with schizophrenia who have a specific immune marker (AGA IgG antibodies). The goal is to see if it can improve negative symptoms like lack of motivation and pleasure, as well as thinking problems. About 40 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 16 weeks, alongside their usual antipsychotic medication.
