First seen Feb 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving extra nutrition through a vein during dialysis (called IDPN) helps people with kidney failure maintain muscle mass and improve their quality of life. About 166 adults on long-term dialysis will receive IDPN or standard care. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce muscle loss and improve strength and well-being.
