First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug, iberdomide, combined with three other drugs (daratumumab, bortezomib, and dexamethasone) in people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. The goal is to find the best dose of iberdomide and see how well the combination works at killing cancer cells. About 49 adults will take part, and the treatment aims to control the disease rather than cure it.
