Summary
This study is developing a questionnaire to measure how well people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) take care of themselves. Researchers will interview 275 patients to identify key self-care behaviors, then test the questionnaire's accuracy. The goal is to give doctors a better way to support patients in managing their condition.
