First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study aims to identify markers in blood and tissue samples that may predict how patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) respond to a type of medication called TNF-alpha inhibitors. Researchers will compare samples from 100 participants, including healthy controls and IBD patients starting or already on this therapy. The goal is to better understand which patients are likely to benefit from treatment.
