Summary
This study is testing a web-based app called IAMABLE that shares rehabilitation strategies for people with chronic conditions like heart disease, muscle or joint problems, and nerve disorders. Researchers will enroll 50 adults aged 45 to 75 across five Canadian cities. Half will use the app for 4 months, while the other half gets general health information online. The main goal is to see if the app helps people feel better and function more easily, and to learn how people use it.
