Summary

This study is testing a web-based app called IAMABLE that provides rehabilitation strategies for people with chronic conditions like heart disease, arthritis, or neurological problems. Researchers will give 50 adults aged 45 to 75 either the app or general health information for 4 months to see if the app helps improve function and quality of life. The main goal is to see if a larger study is possible, not to prove the app works yet.
