What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
hydrogen-rich water
What this could lead to
If it works, this could point toward a simple, safe supplement to help teens lose weight more effectively during a structured program.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage trial with only 60 participants. The supplement may show no extra benefit over the retreat alone, and results may not apply to all teens.
