Summary
This study tests whether rinsing with hydrogen water can reduce inflammation, mouth sores, and pain in people recovering from oral cancer surgery with free flap reconstruction. Thirty-six participants will use either hydrogen water or regular water for oral care over 7 days. Researchers will measure changes in saliva markers of inflammation and oral health scores.
