Summary

This study tests whether rinsing with hydrogen water can reduce mouth inflammation, pain, and improve healing in 36 adults after oral cancer surgery with free flap reconstruction. Participants will use hydrogen water mouth care for 7 days, and researchers will measure changes in saliva markers and mouth soreness. The goal is to find a simple, safe way to ease recovery without strong medications.
