Summary
This study tests whether rinsing with hydrogen water can reduce mouth inflammation and pain in people recovering from oral cancer surgery that used a free flap reconstruction. Thirty-six participants will use hydrogen water or plain water for oral care over 7 days. Researchers will measure changes in saliva markers of inflammation and mouth soreness scores.
