Summary
This study looks at whether teaching wildland firefighters about hydration and giving them a self-assessment worksheet helps them drink more water and stay properly hydrated. About 38 participants will be tracked using urine tests and activity monitors. The goal is to see if this simple approach can improve their health and exercise performance over time.
