Summary
This study looked at how different levels of liver damage affect the way the body handles a single dose of the drug KP-001. Twenty-four adults, some with healthy livers and some with mild to moderate liver problems, took part. The goal was to measure drug levels in the blood and check for side effects, so doctors can learn how to dose the drug safely for people with liver issues.
