Summary
This study tests whether watching a liquid-gel or sand hourglass during blood collection can lower pain, fear, and anxiety in children aged 5 to 10. About 120 kids will be randomly assigned to use one type of hourglass or no hourglass. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to make blood draws less stressful.
