Could honey be a sweeter choice for your blood sugar?
NCT ID NCT06107231
Summary
This study aims to understand if a snack of honey and nuts affects blood sugar levels differently than a snack of sugar and nuts. Researchers are enrolling 80 healthy, premenopausal women to eat these snacks while their glucose, hunger, and stress levels are monitored. The goal is to gather knowledge about how these common foods impact the body, not to provide a treatment.
