Can a phone app get cancer patients stronger for surgery?

Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized home exercise program, delivered through a smartphone app, can help patients get stronger before bladder cancer surgery. Researchers want to see if being more physically fit before the operation leads to better recovery, fewer complications, and a better quality of life afterwards. The trial will enroll 128 patients who are scheduled for surgery and randomly assign them to either use the exercise app or receive standard educational materials.
