Can a phone app get cancer patients fit for surgery?

Summary
This study is testing if a personalized home exercise program, delivered through a smartphone app, can help people with bladder cancer get stronger before their surgery. About 128 patients will be randomly assigned to either use the exercise app or receive standard educational materials. The goal is to see if getting physically prepared before surgery leads to better recovery, fewer complications, and improved quality of life.
