At-Home exercises aim to steady MS Patients' bodies and minds
NCT ID NCT07355387
Summary
This study is testing a home exercise program designed to improve balance, walking, and thinking skills in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants will be randomly assigned to either a functional balance training group or a gentle stretching group, and all sessions will be done at home with the help of a friend or family member and guided remotely by researchers via Zoom. The main goal is to see if this convenient, home-based approach is safe, practical, and helpful for managing common MS symptoms.
