Summary
This study tests a new drug called HMPL-A251 in adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have a protein called HER2. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 147 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will monitor side effects and how well the drug works.
