New drug aims to shrink hard-to-treat HER2 cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called HMPL-A251 in adults with advanced or spreading solid tumors that have a protein called HER2. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 147 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will monitor side effects and how well it works.
