First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested a new drug called HMBD-002, alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in 48 adults with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals were to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug helps shrink tumors. This is not a cure, but a step toward better control of advanced cancers.
