Summary

This study tests two ways to help teens with HIV stay in care and keep the virus under control. About 570 teens aged 15-19 in South Africa will get either in-person or virtual support as they move to adult care. The goal is to see which method works better for keeping clinic visits and taking HIV medicine on time.
