Summary
This study tests a virtual platform called LEARN 2 in 164 men aged 18+ living with HIV. The goal is to see if weekly online sessions and daily health tracking can improve quality of life and reduce risk factors for heart disease and metabolic problems. Participants are randomly assigned to use the platform right away or after a wait period.
