Summary
This study tests a virtual program called LEARN 2 for men aged 18 and older living with HIV. The goal is to see if it can improve quality of life and reduce risk factors for heart disease and metabolic problems. Participants will use the platform weekly, attend live health educator sessions, and track daily habits. Half of the 164 participants will start right away, while the other half will wait and serve as a comparison group.
