First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study compared two fun therapies—hippotherapy (horseback riding) and Swiss ball exercises—to see which improves trunk control and balance in children with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy. Fifty-two children aged 4 to 11 took part. Researchers measured changes using standard balance and motor function scales. The goal was to find which approach helps kids sit and move better.
