Summary
This study tested whether hippotherapy (therapeutic horseback riding) or Swiss ball exercises better improve trunk control and balance in children with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy. Fifty-two children aged 4 to 11 years participated. Researchers measured changes using the Gross Motor Function Measure, Trunk Control Measurement Scale, and Pediatric Balance Scale.
