Summary
This study looked at 32 teenage female volleyball players to see if high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or high-intensity functional training (HIFT) works better for improving performance. Over 12 weeks, players did one of these workouts twice a week alongside regular practice. The goal was to measure changes in jumping, sprinting, agility, and endurance.
