Summary
This study tests if a home-based video game exercise bike can improve fitness in 44 teens (ages 10-18) with repaired congenital heart disease. Participants use the MedBIKE for high-intensity interval training, guided remotely by a coach. The goal is to see if this fun, telemedicine approach boosts exercise capacity and quality of life.
