Interval training may help older veterans fight frailty

Summary
This study looks at whether high intensity interval training (HIIT) can reduce frailty and improve resilience in older veterans. Researchers will enroll 200 veterans aged 65 and older who are not severely frail. Participants will do supervised and home-based HIIT exercises. The goal is to see if this training improves physical fitness, thinking skills, and the body's ability to bounce back from stress.
