Summary

This study looks at whether high intensity interval training (HIIT) can help older veterans become less frail and bounce back better from stress. Researchers will have 200 veterans aged 65 and older do HIIT exercises at a center or at home. They will measure improvements in fitness, thinking, and overall resilience.
