Summary

This study tests whether high intensity interval training (HIIT) can reduce frailty and improve resilience in 200 older veterans aged 65 and up. Participants will do supervised bike exercises at a center and at home. The goal is to improve physical fitness, thinking skills, and the body's ability to bounce back from stress.
