New pacing technique could help heart failure patients who Don't respond to standard therapy

Summary

This study tests a special pacing method called high intensity his bundle pacing in 34 heart failure patients with narrow QRS (a heart rhythm pattern). The goal is to see if this pacing can improve the heart's pumping ability and quality of life. Participants already have an implantable defibrillator (ICD) and will be randomly assigned to receive the new pacing or standard care.
