New pacing technique could help heart failure patients who Don't respond to standard therapy

Summary

This study tests a special pacing method called high-intensity his bundle pacing in 34 people with heart failure and a narrow QRS pattern on their ECG. Standard pacing doesn't help this group, but this new approach may improve heart function and quality of life. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive the new pacing or standard care, and their heart function will be measured after 6 months.
