First seen Nov 03, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested whether a high-intensity exercise program, run by Doctor of Physical Therapy students, helps people with neurologic disabilities (like cerebral palsy, stroke, or spinal cord injury) move better in daily life. Fifteen participants aged 8 to 99 completed the program, and their physical activity was measured before and after. The goal was to see if the program improves walking, balance, and confidence in everyday activities.
