New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called HFB200301, given alone or with another drug (tislelizumab), in adults with advanced solid tumors like stomach, kidney, or lung cancer. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects. About 72 participants will take part in two phases: first, increasing doses to find the best one, then testing that dose in specific cancer groups.
