New blood test could spot endometriosis without surgery

Summary
This study is testing a blood test called HerResolve™ to see if it can accurately detect endometriosis in women aged 18 to 49 who have symptoms like pelvic pain or abnormal bleeding. The test results will be compared to findings from a standard diagnostic laparoscopy (a surgical procedure). If successful, this non-invasive test could help diagnose endometriosis more quickly and easily, avoiding the need for surgery in some cases.
