Summary
This study tested three ways to manage pain during inguinal hernia repair: local anesthetic injection, quadratus lumborum block (QLB), and transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block. 90 adults having surgery under general anesthesia took part. Researchers measured recovery quality and pain levels right after surgery and later on to see which method worked best.
