Summary
This study tested three ways to manage pain before inguinal hernia surgery: two types of nerve blocks (QLB and TAP) and local anesthetic injection. The goal was to see which method helps patients recover better and feel less pain after surgery. 90 adults having hernia repair under general anesthesia took part.
