Heavy lifting may help cancer survivors rebuild strength

Summary

This study tests whether a heavy lifting strength training program is safe and helpful for people who have finished treatment for head and neck cancer at least one year ago. Researchers want to see if it improves muscle strength, physical function, fatigue, and quality of life compared to usual care. About 60 adults will take part in this phase 2 trial.
