Heart surgery pressure check: is the standard test accurate enough?

Summary
This study aims to see if a less invasive pressure measurement (PCWP) is as accurate as the direct measurement (LAP) during heart surgery. About 136 adults having elective heart surgery will be monitored. The results will help doctors make better decisions about fluid and medication management.
