DC churches partner to tackle heart health in black community

Summary
This study works with churches in Washington D.C. to understand heart health in the Black community. About 200 adults will get a health exam, including blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar tests. They will also wear an activity monitor for a month. The results will help design a future weight loss program tailored to faith-based groups.
