Summary
This study aims to understand the heart health and weight-related needs of adults in Washington D.C. area churches. Researchers will collect health information from 200 participants to learn about risk factors like blood pressure, cholesterol, and activity levels. The data will be used to design a future, tailored weight loss program for the community.
