NCT ID NCT04164004
First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study involved 1,249 heart failure patients at Stanford to see if regularly collecting a short quality-of-life survey during clinic visits improves health outcomes and treatment decisions. Half the patients started the survey right away, while the other half began a year later. Researchers compared survey results and medication use between the two groups to understand the impact of routine health status tracking.
