Summary
This study is creating a registry of 101 adults with chronic heart failure to collect detailed health information over time. Researchers will track how the disease progresses and measure survival rates at 1, 5, and 10 years after diagnosis. No new treatments or medications are being tested—the goal is simply to better understand heart failure and its long-term outcomes.
