Summary
This study tests a new computer tool that gives doctors personalized reminders to prescribe the best medications for heart failure. The tool is designed to show only the information each doctor needs, avoiding irrelevant alerts. About 764 doctors in outpatient clinics are taking part. The goal is to see if this personalized approach leads to more appropriate prescriptions compared to standard alerts.
