Summary
This study uses advanced heart MRI scans to better understand early-stage heart failure in 3000 people with diabetes, high blood pressure, or obesity. Participants will get detailed imaging and check-ups, then be followed over time to see who develops serious heart problems. The goal is to improve how doctors detect and predict heart failure risk in these common conditions.
