First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study aims to see if giving people healthy prepared meals and education helps them eat better compared to just physical activity coaching. It involves 120 adults in Anson County who have or are at risk for chronic conditions like obesity, diabetes, or heart disease. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive the meal program or continue with usual activity coaching, and their diet quality will be measured over time.
