First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a campus program called the UCD PLAN'EAT Living Lab to see if it helps university students eat more sustainable and healthy foods, like legumes and plant-based meals. About 520 students aged 18-30 will track their diets and take part in activities. The goal is to measure changes in eating habits, not to treat any disease.
