Summary

This study tests a program called the UCD PLAN'EAT Living Lab to see if it helps university students eat healthier and more sustainably. About 520 students aged 18-30 will track their diets and participate in activities. Researchers will measure changes in what they eat, like legume and plant-based food intake.
